Q. What types of photos work best?
A. Almost any photo that you love will do just fine. And, no, you do not need to search for the smallest photo you can find. Any size photo will work, big or small. Head shots work best and we can use color or black and white, so don’t worry. All editing is done on our end and photos are returned to you in their original state and condition.

Q. How many people can you fit into one charm?
A. We can fit as many people as you would like in one charm, but please note the more people you have the smaller the photo and faces will become.

Q. If I have more than one person in a photo can you crop a person out?
A. Yes, as long as the people that are to be cropped are not overlapping.

Q. Do I get my photos back?
A. OF COURSE! We return all photos with your finished product. We also keep a digital copy on file in case of future ordering.

Q. Can I email my photos? Or does sending them via regular mail insure a better quality?
A. We actually prefer emailing. . If you are able, this is the quickest way for us to get started on your custom order. You can email them to: gifts@lifesmomentsmemories.com  Jpeg format works best if this is possible.

Q. How long will it take to receive my product?
A. We try to get all orders completed and shipped within 2 weeks. However, during holiday and mothers day this can sometimes take longer. We will rush an order for an additional rush fee, please email and we will let you know.

Q. Do I have to put the photos in myself ?
A. No, we take care of all the editing of your photos, protecting them, and securing them in your charms. You will receive a completely finished product.

Q. My neck/wrist is smaller/bigger than normal. Do you customize for this purpose?
A. Yes. The sterling silver necklaces come in many different lengths. Most of the photo jewelry is completely custom to your size. Please measure your wrist and or neck and state what size you would like. Usually with necklaces people add 1/2 in to the size of their wrist.

Q. Will it be possible to add additional charms in the future? Or change/update my pictures?
A. Yes. Of course. You will probably have to send back the original piece for such additions. And yes, for a nominal fee you are able to update your photos.

Q. Can you help out with my photos to make people appear closer together?
A. Yes. We do our very best to get subjects as tightly together as possible as well as work to remove any red eyes.

Q Can color photos be turned to black and white
A Yes, per your request we can change color photos to black and white

Q. Can I return my piece if I am not happy or if it breaks?
A. Because each piece is custom made per your request, we do not issue refunds. Repairs and minimal adjustments are not a problem but after 30 days from the purchase date, no refunds or exchanges are available on any and all merchandise.

Q. Can I cancel an order?
A. After 24 hours no order can be canceled. Because each piece is beaded by hand the work is done after 24 hours. We will work to help you out.

Q. How are the items shipped?
We ship via Priority which means 2-3 days for delivery. If you'd like me to overnight fed ex, or add delivery confirmation by signature it is not a problem but additional shipping charges will apply.  Please email me with any questions.
